Preparation

From the initial discussions I would then prepare draft floor plans and elevations for your approval. Once you have viewed these plans, any amendments or alterations can be made, after which the plans will be submitted to the local authority for planning approval.

Approval & Building Regulations

Once approved by the local authority I would add all of the technical information required for submission to the council for Building Regulation approval. Should there be any steel beams required these would be designed by structural engineers, which I can arrange. Once all of this is completed, the final drawings along with all of the relevant information and approvals will be delivered to you.
