Building Regulations
Building regulations need to be applied to all new buildings, extensions and alterations to existing buildings. These must include the relevant standards for the building / alteration construction. This will include the building structure, drainage, fire safety, plumbing, heating and ventilation, thermal and sound insulation, energy efficiency within the building, disabled access, and electrical safety. I can also prepare and submit your application to the local authority, and act as your agent for the duration of the project.
